• Optional service includes: mail forwarding, whereby mail can be sent to any location you choose. MailScan, whereby our receptionist will open your mail, scan the documents and email to you in .pdf format.
• You will get to use our fax number where we will receive faxes addressed to you and forward them in .pdf format to any e-mail address of your choice. Monday to Friday from 9-5.

Silver Package (Mail, Fax to E-mail and Phone)

• Same as Bronze package plus:
• You will have a local telephone number which will automatically be forwarded to any phone number in Continental North America, with no additional long distance fees.

Gold Package (Mail, Fax to E-mail and Phone answering service)

• Same as Bronze Package plus:
• You will have a local telephone number which will be answered by our professionally-trained receptionist in the manner you instruct, and then routed to any number in Continental North America, or to your voicemail.
• We can provide custom “Music on Hold”, where you can provide details on your business, products or services while your callers are placed on hold.
• We can e-mail your voice messages to you in a WAV file, avoiding expensive toll charges for voicemail retrieval
• Live answering is from 9-5 on weekdays, voicemail will answer after hours & weekend calls.
